Please note our time scale to hand knit each item for you is around 2-3 weeks, longer if your order is a large one, some of our layettes and gift baskets take longer to prepare, please bear this in mind when ordering for special occasions. New Zealand orders are posted using NZ Post tracked mail and are estimated to take 1-2 days to arrive after your item is posted off, you will receive a notification email with tracking number when its dispatched.

All Australian orders will be delivered within approximately 7-10 working working days after they have been hand knitted . Due to Covid 19 restrictions some delays may occur with airmail which is beyond our control.

All other international orders will be delivered in approximately 10-15 working days after they have been hand knitted .Due to Covid 19 restrictions some delays may occur with airmail which is beyond our control.

International orders are sent via Courier post and may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. You will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition to our price including applicable sales tax and the cost of delivery.
