New Zealand orders are posted using NZ Post tracked mail and are estimated to take 1-2 days to arrive after your item is posted off, you will receive a notification email with tracking number when its dispatched.

All Australian orders will be delivered within approximately 7-10 working working days after they have been hand knitted . Due to Covid 19 restrictions some delays may occur with airmail which is beyond our control.
